The Royston's chef, Rob Clark, has worked in some of the best kitchens in Melbourne and with some great chefs, so it is no surprise that his kitchen produces superior quality pub food. While the front bar is very popular with many of our patrons, many prefer the atmosphere of the dining room: The dining room has got to be one of the cosiest, most atmospheric dining rooms you will find in a Melbourne pub. It's a non-smoking room and you'll be looked after by one of our wait staff, who are knowledgeable and attentive but always friendly and keen to ensure that you enjoy your visit to the Royston. |
